Thrive is accepting applications for a REGIONAL DIRECTOR to oversee and lead our Ames area operations, including Boone and Story counties.
The Regional Director is a management/leadership position and will be responsible for overseeing employees and the consumer caseload as well as scheduling, employee reviews, hiring, paperwork/billing, meetings, marketing, community outreach, and much communication. You will work with a leadership team of other Regional Directors throughout other areas of the state as well. This position also performs some job development (helping consumers find community employment) and job coaching as needed.

Candidates for this position should have a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, human resources, marketing, sales, or business. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
