Thrive Workplace is Hiring a Coworking Space Site Manager Near Arvada, CO

About the role:

The Site Manager is an integral role at Thrive. They are our members best resource and our community leader. They manage the day-to-day operations of their site and oversee the space with a passion and understanding for Thrive’s mission by exhibiting our core values of Relationship Builder, Think Like a Member, Think Like an Owner, and Continuously Improving. The Site Manager is responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining a work environment that is safe, inclusive, and fun.
  • Communicating with and managing sales leads; updating/creating leads in CRM system, leading and/or managing tours, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner.
  • Actively building authentic relationships and establishing a ‘Second to None’ customer experience for Thrive members and guests.
  • Assisting in coordinating, promoting, and working social networking events.
  • Assisting in monthly revenue forecasting, managing expenses, and weekly reporting.
  • Responding to site facility issues quickly and efficiently; logging work orders and procuring maintenance vendors when needed.
  • Managing the site based on the 5 Senses Thrive’s Site Expectations.
  • Procuring and restocking site supplies as needed.
  • Completing daily, weekly, and monthly task checklists.

About you:

  • Outgoing team player.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and promotional) and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexible and creative problem solver.
  • Able to address conflict and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Adaptive to change and self-motivated for personal and professional development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
