Lead Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

What You'll Do:

- Observe and coach our school-based Physical Therapist team.

- Create systems for assessing knowledge and coaching needs.

- Design and facilitate professional development (in individual and group settings) to drive excellence in practice and school partnership.

- Provide guidance and support around federal, state, and local regulations and systems relative to Physical Therapy. This includes 504/IEP development, evaluation systems, timelines, IEP goals, and quarterly reporting.

Requirements:

- Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins.

- School-based experience is required.

- Proven experience coaching and developing a team of school-based practitioners is required.

- Hold a current TN Physical Therapist License

- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE accredited program

- K-12 school-based experience

Bonus Points For:

- Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)
