Compensation:
Negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL range starting at $130,000 - $160,000 plus a Medical Director Stipend. Actual salary considerations include skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The ideal candidate will confidently manage a profitable and operationally sound clinic, partnering closely with our hospital manager to oversee day-to-day operations and liaising between regional leadership and clinic staff. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise our exceptional medical team to ensure the delivery of outstanding veterinary care and client service
- Maintain honesty, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of service provision
- Cultivate empathy, compassion, and support for clients, pets, and colleagues
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional quality of care and continuous education
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve our goal of top-quality veterinary care
- Build and maintain trust with our clients and within our team
Experience & Skills: 
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Medical Director experience or willingness to learn and grow with your team
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
