GENERAL SUMMARY:

Full Time Donation Attendant

Greet donors, receive donations, and offer a receipt for donated goods. Ensure that donations are secured in accordance with Thrift World requirements. Maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in unloading acceptable donations in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide tax receipts to donors.
• Communicate with supervisory staff and co-workers.
• Accurately track all donations.
• Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging, assisting and thanking customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work donation center operating hours.
• Must be able to function independently in a work setting and can work with minimum supervision.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds occasionally.
• Driver's License (Preferred)

SALARY:

$15.00 per hour
