Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Position Summary:
Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition specialist is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the business attracts, hires, and retains a talented workforce. This role will add value to our talent acquisition strategy and processes, champion and incorporate our DEI initiatives into recruitment efforts, and successfully collaborate with hiring managers and the greater HR team to drive results that are aligned with key talent priorities and initiatives of the company. The Talent Acquisition specialist will work across the Talent Acquisition team as a subject matter expert to keep a pulse on the local employment markets to inform on employment trends, best practices, and branding opportunities to help market the organization as an Employer of Choice in the hospitality industry. This role will serve as coach/mentor to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, as well as Hiring Managers, to implement effective sourcing and interviewing strategies, in addition to supporting key systems and reporting capabilities.

Physical activities on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; frequent use of telephone/video conferencing and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting, up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
