Job Duties & Responsibilities.
· Monitors for Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs) and Usual Incidents (UIs) and takes immediate action to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals being supported. Reports all MUIs/UIs properly as required by TRS Policy.
· Monitors to ensure services are being provided by Individual Service Plan and intended outcomes.
· Participates in team meetings as appropriate, including, but not limited to, annual meetings, quarterly meetings, special team meetings, and plan revision meetings.
· Collaborate with RC and the rest of the team to ensure the health and safety of all residents
· Review Doc Sheets – As specified in ISPs
· Review and submit billing claims every Monday by 4 PM
· Check incidental money logs and other money logs – Monthly
· Scheduling and updating Solana – Daily
· Monitor clock-in/clock-out times and GPS locations where clock-in/clock-out occurred
· Scheduling oil changes and maintenance for vehicles – As needed
· Training and writing disciplinary forms for DSPs & RCs – As needed, Approved by RM
· Checking client accounts on Solana - Bi-monthly
· Attending DSP training, including a DSP training of emergency fire/police #s
· Weekly walkaround of the exterior of each home
· House cleaning schedules – Weekly
· Perform 90-day reviews and staff evaluations (Approved by RM)
· Reconcile, monitor, and report discrepancies of petty cash - Monthly
· Read log/elogs books in homes – Weekly
· Schedule fire drills and severe weather drills - Monthly
· Ensure that food stamps are used by designated date – Monthly
· Maintain state ID’s – As needed
· Work regularly scheduled shifts in direct care capacity in assigned sites
· Monitor 1:1-hour usage – As needed
· Schedule staff for calamity days/sick days from the day program
· Have an open line of communication with Program Director/office staff – Daily
