Starting only a few years ago, our office has grown from a handful of motivated associates to a dynamic sales and training Threshold Marketing has developed a Management Training Program. This program educates individuals looking to make a change in how the everyday person views branding a product for a company.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites
• Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community
• Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
• Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
• Stay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales tactics
• Attend daily meetings - attendance is required

Attributes for Success for the Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Ethical and honest self-starter with a positive, proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• The ability to follow through and prioritize
• Must be available for immediate hire
• Must be able to work full-time
• Must be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with people
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary
• Be willing to cross-train in other positions.
