At the completion of the program, you take the keys to the business we’ve helped you build and run (no strings attached). Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership/management experience in Face-to-Face Fundraising (Canvassing) for non-profits
• Commitment of 2 years to this program. (1^st year building your team, organizational structure and monitoring your KPI’s – 2^nd year as an independent business operating with support necessary to continue your growth)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A long-term commitment to ethical fundraising
