Specific Job Duties:

• Daily review of push/pull reports, expediting orders, and updating dates for Production.
• Requesting quotes, gathering sales and inventory data as support for creating purchase orders.
• Placing orders and getting confirmations as well as requesting quantities/materials to provide and ship for OOH production.
• Track the status of orders, label requests, quote requests, specification requests and other documents.
• Making sure all PO’s have current specifications referenced and align with R&D and Quality documents.
• Prepare freight quote requests and interface with Distribution to coordinate shipments to and from Threshold.
• Interface with R&D and Quality teams as a coordinator between supplier and Threshold about specifications.
• Expediting/Update Reports for daily meetingtracking shipments, etc. for Production and other departments.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• 2-3yrs purchasing experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and NAV
• Quick learner, self-starter, well-organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Demonstrates strong basic mathematical skills

Experience Preferred:

NAV modules: Purchase Orders, Receiving, Production Orders, Transfer Orders, Sales Orders, Lot Tracking, Inventory Management

Experience using WorkFront, BOX and Trace Gains would be helpful.
