The Role
Floor managers at Threes Brewing are responsible for overseeing all front-of-house (FOH) operations in the bars during opening, mid and closing shifts, including events. They support the General Manager in their mission to make sure the space and the staff have everything needed for daily success, and as the Manager on Duty (MOD), they supervise the overall flow of service on a shift-by-shift basis. Key responsibilities include managing floor staff and providing hospitable service with the goal of exceeding client expectations and fostering repeat business. Being present on the floor, liaising with the kitchen staff, checking in on private and public events, reinforcing right practices and making sure staff has the necessary support to meet their responsibilities is a large part of this job, as is making sure customers are getting good service through menu, product, and event education, staff accessibility and general hospitality.
