About Us:
Located off Greentree Road in Pittsburgh, our large and thriving sedation practice is seeking a 3rd Patient Service Representative (PSR) or assistant Manager to join our team. We're committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment and offer an exciting opportunity for growth.

Role Overview:
As a PSR, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments, managing our continuing care system, obtaining insurance breakdowns, verifying eligibility, and handling phone inquiries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Dentrix software and possess at least 2 years of dental front office experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dental front office operations.
• Proficiency in Dentrix software.
• Positive and encouraging demeanor, particularly skilled at interacting with phobic patients.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with the potential to advance to Assistant Office Manager.
