Role Overview:
As our Office Manager, you will collaborate with our doctors to present recommended treatments to patients, ensuring they understand their options and can make informed decisions. A strong grasp of dental insurance and financial aspects of treatment is essential, as you'll help patients navigate their budgets and explore financing options when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our doctors to deliver personalized care to patients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to policies and protocols.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Utilize Dentrix software effectively to streamline administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience presenting dental treatment plans, with an acceptance rating of 80% or higher on both full arch and multi-tooth plans.
• Proficiency in dental insurance and financial management.
• Upbeat and positive attitude, particularly adept at helping phobic patients feel at ease.
