Three Rivers College is Hiring a Part-time Facilitator, University Center Near Poplar Bluff, MO

Facilitator will be responsible for providing support to students and University Center partners, while also assisting the director with daily operations. Position hours are morning. Successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and communicate with all constituents of the College.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Assist University Center partners with student information for transfer.
Assist with University Center events.
General office work, including typing, answering phones, filing and correspondence.
General knowledge of office equipment uses, including scanning, copying, faxing.
Be familiar with the college operations and personnel to assist students.
Assist students with application for admissions, registration for classes, including drop and withdrawal from coursework.
Maintain confidentiality.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Salary range is $12.30 per hour.
