Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Full Time, Social Worker/Counselor to provide quality case management and psycho-therapeutic services to our inpatient population and their families; participates as a member of the treatment team in developing treatment plans; develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan for the patient; documents all clinical services provided as it pertains to social services.

The minimum requirements for this position are:

Master's degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
Must obtain SC LMSW, LPC, or LPCI license OR must obtain this licensure within one year of employment.
Experience in inpatient setting preferred; written and oral communication skills; skills in case management, time management, and crisis intervention common to acute psychotic as well as to non-violent crisis intervention practice.
Knowledge of acute adult psychological disorders; advanced principles of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to adults; familiarity with follow-up resources available to adults; skills in conducting marital and family group therapy.
Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential; must demonstrate the ability to treat other age populations as needed or have the capacity to develop skills through the organization's cross-training orientation program. Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation.
