Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Prefer at least at least one year experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Other: Effective communication skills; college level reading, writing, and mathematical skills; sound business English usage skills; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant, clear voice with good enunciation; warm outgoing personality, with the ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds including those in crises able to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment;
