Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, cost control, and project management. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts and ensuring accurate pricing, we want to hear from you.

CIVIL and CONCRETE Construction Estimating – Minimum 3-years experience

• Preferred Civil Construction and Concrete experience
• Education: High School Degree Minimum

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Primary jobs duties include:

• Downloading new projects
• Perform concrete and excavation take-offs
• Call vendors for material pricing and equipment quotes
• Upload project specific quantities into a pre-built estimate excel format
• Job reviews
• Building project specific proposal letters
• Updating the Estimating Log
• Customer Follow-up.
