Part-time Schedules IncludeDayshift (6am - 2pm) Evening Shift (2pm - 10pm) Overnights (10pm - 6am) Requirement: 18 years of age. This position requires an interest in learning. Treat residents with respect and courtesy. No CNA/NAR required. The RA is responsible to demonstrate, and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care. RAs Are Responsible For
providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
reporting changes in resident condition,
promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills,
keeping the resident areas safe and orderly,
RAs are responsible for medication passing.
