Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Duties:
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies
- Create and manage content for social media platforms
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with WordPress, HTML5, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
