Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. We have three locations - Arlington, Georgetown, & Chinatown.

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Clear tables and clean dining area to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize OpenTable or similar software for reservations and seating arrangements

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
