Key Responsibilities:

Adventure in Every Interaction: Maintain personal contact with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction including special orders and customer complaints.

The Art of Consistency: Assists in human resources functions including processing payroll, inputting confidential data into payroll computer, completing required forms and reports, and conveying information to corporate Human Resources personnel.

Curators of the Store Experience: Assist the Store Manager in maximizing profitability by managing all aspects of store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Previous Supervisory Experience is Required.

Previous Grocery Experience is Preferred.
