POSITION OVERVIEW

ThreatLocker is looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer specializing in Webflow to join the team in our Orlando-based headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence, ensuring top-notch user experience, and maximizing our visibility through effective SEO strategies. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of technical content, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development within a technical industry.

JOB SCOPE

• Develop and maintain the front end of our website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, and FormLogic.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and enhance user experience.
• Utilize UTMs and Pixels to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
• Monitor website performance and implement optimizations for speed, usability, and accessibility.
• Make data-driven decisions with website and SEO analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Analytics to gather insights and.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our online presence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field - OR Relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front end development, preferably in cybersecurity or other technical industry.
• Experience in SaaS preferred, but not required.
• Ability in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Experience with technical content development and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with UTMs and their application in tracking and analyzing website performance.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strength in cross-departmental communications and collaborations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Suite preferred but not required.
