Threat Tec, LLC, is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to develop and manage BI and analytics solutions, transforming data into valuable insights. The BI Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and supporting tools. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data and business analysis, along with analytical and communication skills. A sound business understanding and problem-solving abilities are also desired. As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business intelligence system to drive informed decision-making. Responsibilities

• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
• Collaborate with teams to integrate BI in support of company core processes
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or other relevant field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in designing and developing BI solutions from inception to delivery
• Experience delivering product with the Microsoft Power BI platform and its associated tools ( Power Automate, Dataverse, etc)
• Experience with automated integration of data sources into BI reports
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to lead/brief technical discussions to Senior Leadership and Executives

Desired Qualifications

• Security Certification
• Demonstrated experience building BI solutions with Costpoint data
• Demonstrated experience building BI solutions with Salesforce data
