Shop lead man / foreman needed. Must have minimum 10 years experience as a machinist and be able to program with Mastercam .

Must have experience with lathe having twin spindle, y axis live tooling and 4/5 axis mill work. . Must be able to communicate and and direct employees.

This is a hands on job, do set ups, off sets and run first article. This is for someone willing to work, learn and grow with a 60 year old company. Fast paced aerospace CNC machine shop, Temperature controlled, work with long term dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:

• Project scheduling for 10 lathes and 7 mills.
• Program from 2d and solid models for complete parts for mill and lathes.
• Must have twin spindle, live tooling experience
• Knowledge of programing bar feeders.
• Swiss machine and 4 axis mill experience a big plus
• AS9100 experience helpful
• We run low quantities usually 50-200 parts high mix of complex parts, if you like a challenge of making parts, this is the place for you.
• Shop math knowledge, understand decimal and fractions
• Understand blueprints, tolerances and Geometric Dimensioning
• Inspection tool knowledge with Calibers, Micrometer, thread gauge, pin tools.
• Setup Necessary, must make machine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances /- .001
