Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated with current healthcare practices and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and Athenahealth
- Experience working with medical office procedures and equipment, including DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
- In-depth understanding of physiology and its application in patient care
- Familiarity with neonatal ventilators for specialized care units
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation
- Experience in ophthalmology nursing is a plus

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [STATE]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
