Job Summary:
A Lead Testing Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections and testing for lead-based paint and other hazardous materials in buildings, homes, and other structures. Their primary goal is to identify potential health risks and ensure compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting visual inspections and testing for lead-based paint, dust, and soil

* Collecting samples and sending them to certified labs for analysis

* Interpreting test results and determining levels of lead contamination

* Preparing reports and providing recommendations for abatement or remediation

* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

* Communicating findings and recommendations to clients, property owners, and other stakeholders

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication. Lead Testing Inspectors play a critical role in protecting public health and ensuring safe living and working environments.
