Guest Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction along with fast and attentive service
• Be able to exercise professionalism during stressful situations which may arise
• Maintain store presentation and Brand Standards
• Effectively and efficiently execute daily tasks

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• Be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
