Thornton Heights Terrace, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility, has a current opportunity for a Licensed Nurse to act as our Nursing Liaison for ongoing communication and support between facility staff and residents and external agencies/entities. Our "one size does not fit all" philosophy insures that our 210 ambulatory adults with a history of mental illness receive Recovery oriented services best suited to their individual strengths and needs.

We are currently looking for a LPN to provide nursing care to residents in accordance with clinically accepted practice, governmental regulations, accreditation standards, and resident wishes and needs. The primary responsibilities of this position is to coordinate the care of residents when they engage in nursing care with external agencies.
