Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to oversee our automotive body repair center. As the Collision Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Collision center and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive collision center
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional manner
- Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance services
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and maximize efficiency

-Handle claims, supplements, and process claims with all insurance companies.

-Organize and order parts needed for repairs

-Prepare estimates using Web-est software

Experience:
- Proven experience in auto body repair, dealership, or auto restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, auto painting, and mechanical repairs
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and equipment used in automotive repair
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Proficient computer skills for record keeping and inventory management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,630.39 - $53,748.43 per year
