POSITION SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for creating end-to-end email sales campaigns to promote Thorne’s products or services. This position focuses on targeted audience within the book of business, devises campaign, and launches email campaign to increase product usage, product exposure and revenue. This role will find innovative ways to nurture accounts and develop long-term customer relationships, reduce base churn, and improve engagement and lifetime value. Along with the sales leadership team, this role will set the vision and strategy for customer journeys/ lifecycle and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES – Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.  

  • Create best in class customer journeys considering and leveraging email channel and tiered managed accounts. 
  • Work with insights and web analytics teams to identify places in the customer journey where customers disengage, then develop strategies to identify, retain, and possibly even win back customers.  
  • Drive continued optimization and evolution of the customer journey that drive meaningful business growth by setting goals, tracking, and analyzing tactics to determine level of impact.  
  • Leverage our customer segmentation model to advance our automation & event triggered sales capabilities to ensure we are delivering the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time.  
  • Define and document project briefs, business rules, data/technical requirements, system integrations as well as process and procedures for all lifecycle sales campaigns.  
  • Deliver monthly reports detailing performance against key engagement and retention metrics.  
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for optimization.  
  • Work with technology to advance systems and data/tech requirements to continually improve the amount of intelligence we have for relevant, real-time trigger-based sales.
  • Use sales reporting tools to determine progress vs goals, access opportunities. 

Employment is contingent on satisfactory results from a drug screening and background and reference checks.

What You Need: 

  • Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience required. Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop multi-channel sales campaigns and innovative CRM initiatives. 
  • Computer and Technical Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of the position. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. CRM/Sales Reporting Software experience preferred. Pardot experience desired. Ability to connect with both internal and external customers. 
  • Highly data driven with a proven track record of optimizing programs to drive overall company goals and metrics. 
  • Test and learn mindset. 
  • Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
