As the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager (RN), you'll work closely with the Assisted Living team to provide high-quality clinical care to our residents. You'll play a critical role in resident assessments, scheduling of appointments, medication setup, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff; all while having the resident's best interest in mind to encourage maintaining their highest physical, mental and social well-being. You will also work closely in the training and ongoing support of staff members.

• Starts at $67,000/year and up based on experience!
• Full-Time plus On-call, rotating weekends

What You Need:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Minnesota or compact state RN license
• Prior long-term care or similar work experience preferred
