As the Proposal Coordinator, you will lead and participate in the proposal process for requests for proposals (RFP), requests for quote (RFQ), requests for information (RFI), and informal proposals of various sizes and levels of complexity, from initial strategy meetings through production. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both independently and as a part of a team. The ability to prioritize work, delegate tasks, and successfully manage internal and external deadlines is essential for this position.

What You Will Do

• Manage and drive all aspects of the proposal process, when assigned, including, but not limited to, drafting the outline, assigning sections, creating the proposal timeline, scheduling calls and reviews, and sending status updates and emails to stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrix, proposal schedule, proposal outline, and kickoff materials
• Collaborate with proposal writers, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to develop proposal sections that clearly articulate the company's overall solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, and win themes
• Conduct and lead meetings and brainstorming sessions with corporate executives, operations executives, subject matter experts, and writers
• Write, revise, and edit proposal drafts and documentation to ensure completeness, consistency, and conformity to prescribed formats
• Edit content from other contributors for consistent voice, compelling and compliant messaging, spelling/typographical/grammatical errors, and inclusion of appropriate win themes, benefits, and discriminators
• Coordinate and manage proposal checklists and handouts
• Manage bid processes for best and final offers, oral presentations, and lessons learned, when assigned
• Track and manage outsourced projects pipeline activities, including monitoring RFP/RFQ/RFx websites for potential opportunities and submitting public records and Freedom of Information Act requests
