Thompson First Group is seeking Production Assemblers or temporary to hire opportunities for a local client in New Castle, DE.

Candidates with a background working in warehouse, production and/or manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as assigned in the Medicine Cabinet department.
• Must be able to lift 15-40 lbs. repeatedly during an 8 hour work day.
• Employee will be trained to perform a variety of assembly and packing task, such as: Operating a rivet machine, glue gun, drills, tape gun, staple gun, gauges and fixtures.
• Candidate must have good hand to eye coordination and the physical strength to maneuver large medicine cabinets.
• The candidate will be scheduled to work in a production cell with co-workers as a team and other assorted job functions as needed.
• The candidate must be comfortable wearing PPE such as: Safety glasses, gloves and sometime ear plugs.
• The employee must be capable of identifying nonconforming material that does not meet the department quality standards.
• Additional duties may be added as requested by supervisor.
