POSITION OBJECTIVES: Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
· Create, consume, and finish all IPWO’s for pumps, panels, frames and general warehouse.
· Run IPWO B/O report and follow up with purchasing on any missing items.
· Consume production orders 1st pull.
· Run production B/O report and follow up with purchasing on any missing items.
· Communicate any missing product on Sharepoint that could potentially make our shipments late to our customers.
· Close production orders.
· Maintain firm planned & released orders.
· Communicate with Materials & Production managers.
· Produce and analyze reports for management team.
· Attend contract review meetings.
· Understand inventory flow process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Navision experience a plus.
· High school diploma is desired.
· Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, detailed correspondence and memos.
· Ability to write detailed correspondence.
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
· Ability to calculate and interpret financial measures such as percentages, margins, ratios and other comparative statistics.
· Must be able to interpret graphs and other visual representations used to presentdata.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Must be able to read and understand various service manuals, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
