**Technology Sales Coordinator SITECH Tri-Rivers** **JOB PROFILE** We are looking for an eager applicant that is seeking to increase their exposure to the Construction Technology industry. The positions main responsibility will be to collect, organize, document and invoice construction technology products and support daily store operations. SITECH Tri-Rivers is a subsidiary of Thompson Machinery, the exclusive CAT dealer in Middle and West Tennessee, and North Mississippi. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS**

* Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Ability to work in a warehouse environment lifting, sorting, moving, and organizing.

* 1-2 years of relative work experience preferred.

* Proven inside sales experience preferred.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Exhibits sales skills necessary to sell premium products.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

* Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

* Experience working in the construction industry preferred.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Learn how to receive and inventory products in the warehouse and supporting inventory systems.

* Select, organize, and document construction technology products and components for purchase and installations.

* Learn how to setup and execute sales and rental agreements in our dealer operations system.

* Support and sell construction technology parts and accessories for walk-in and call-in customers.

* Support office, sales, and install staff to prepare and deliver construction technology products.

* Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.

* Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.

Customer Satisfaction

* Respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous, timely and responsive manner.

* Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all time, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.

* Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary.

* Able to work standard five-day schedule, including daily overtime and occasional weekend hours as needed.

* Meet all eligibility requirements to drive Company vehicles, including a current, valid drivers license issued by the resident State, and maintain current motor vehicle liability insurance.

Physical Requirements

* Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position.

* Able to lift up to 20-50 pounds occasionally.
