- Act as a point of contact for the sales department to internal departments and provide information and resources as requested
- Assist in setting up new leads, contacts and projects and updating existing projects
- Build and deliver reports to management and sales teams, based on expressed needs
- Build, maintain and update KPI dashboards and reports for the entire department
- Build, maintain and update templates for contracts and forms
- Assist with organizing client proposals and tracking opportunities
- Assist with sending contracts and agreements
- Various other administrative assistant duties and sales admin support functions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or previous working experience in an Assistant Sales Manager or Supervisory role
- Previous experience utilizing Sales Platforms (experience with AS400 is a big plus)
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2 plus years of administrative experience (experience supporting a Sales team is a big plus)
- Manage all post sales related activity of the Sales Team
- Act as administrative assistant to Sales Team or other designated management within the Sales Department
- Ability to project a professional demeanor
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email and in writing as directed by the Sales Team
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents
- Speak with internal and external customers using clear and professional language
- Ability to work under general direction, on multiple tasks with demanding timelines
- Ability to work effectively with team members on varying levels of the organization
- Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
