Working behind the scenes, you'll assist the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a seamless transition between guests and supporting the overall dining experience. • Clear tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Reset tables efficiently with proper table settings, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests.
• Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or appetizers, and assisting with any guest needs.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to manage dishware and utensil availability, maintaining a steady flow of clean items.
