Permanent FT positions for Construction Observers. Experience is not required, we will train. Familiarity with soil and concrete testing and construction methods is a plus but not required. Salary commensurate with experience and ability. Excellent fringe benefits.
Construction observers ensure construction practices comply with the approved plans and notify the engineers of any deviations. Construction observers verify materials and quantities, their placement, as well as perform the required materials testing and reporting. As our on-site representative, they make sure the work is performed to the design standards and quality described in the contractual documents as well as resolve construction related issues in a timely manner.
This is a great opportunity to work outside and work with others to see the entire process of completing a project from beginning to end.
Summary: This is a full-time permanent position for Construction Observers with the opportunity for on-the-job training. Familiarity with soil and concrete testing and construction methods is a plus. The role involves ensuring construction practices comply with approved plans, verifying materials and quantities, and resolving construction-related issues.
