Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Commissioning Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks and providing support in areas such as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical tasks related to the development and maintenance of systems and equipment
- Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate performance and functionality
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop solutions
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to the role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
