Responsibilities - BDC Service Representative:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
Answer and schedule internet service request
Make a minimum goal of outbound phone calls per day
Communicate with team mates to ensure a world class guest experience
Use several software systems to efficiently address concerns
Complete daily work plan
Answer leads in less than 5 minutes
Review and update guest profiles
Assist with other duties as needed / assigned
Requirements – BDC Service Representative:
This is an onsite position
Previous Customer Service and/or Retail experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
Great phone voice and experience handling high call volume
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must be skilled with Computer Data Entry and Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as a Multi-Line Phone systems
Must be reliable
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
