In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and construction supervision of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing civil engineering projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, and site layout.
• Preparing construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborating with project teams, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Completing project documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Reviewing and approving contractor submittals and resolving any design and construction-related issues.
• Managing project budgets and schedules.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• Experience with project management and cost estimating is preferred.
• Previous experience working on site development, transportation, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
