Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct and optimize daily plant operations to exceed customer expectations
• Manage production, quality, and loading of finished products onto trucks
• Coordinate plant activities and develop production plans and budgets
• Implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditures
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production operations
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and minimize production labor over time
• Maintain plant facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Provide leadership, training, and development to plant personnel
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with food safety standards

 
Requirements

• 3 years of manufacturing management experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license in good standing
