Thomas Precision Inc is Hiring a Machine Operator (CNC) - 2nd Shift Near Rice, WI
Thomas Precision has been a leading manufacturer of parts and service to the food processing industry since 1981. We have immediate openings on our second shift for CNC Machine Operators. Working along side our senior machinists, Machine Operators will take care of machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform quality checks.
Mon-Thu 2:45pm- 1:15am
Skills
- Prior experience running CNC Machining Centers
- Proficient in reading blue prints and use of measuring instruments
- Possess good mathematical skills
- Capable of meeting or exceeding productivity standards
- Ability to catch on to more skilled tasks with training
- Work overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years as a Machine Operator on a CNC milling or turning machine
- Strong Mechanical Ability
- Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Safety Minded
