Thomas & LoCicero is a Florida-based law firm built on a commitment to free speech, free press and success for our clients. We are looking for an eager receptionist to work at our Tampa office.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who can multitask, manage a workload under minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced work environment, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Telephones - answer all incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate person or take a message
• Receive visitors and clients - meet, greet and guide to appropriate offices.
• Incoming surface mail- assist with distrubiting all mail to firm and our suite mates.
• Outgoing surface mail – print postage, envelopes, and certified mail; notify FedEx/UPS carriers if pickup is needed
• Conference room - Ensure the conference is always clean and orderly.
• Speciel projects as assigned by administrator.
• Assist in preparing some legal documents.
• This position will require the individual to sit for long periods of time at a desk and computer terminal and ability to bend, stoop and lift 20 lbs
• Light calendaring fucntions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, (ie: Outlook,Word, Excel)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
