The Staff level I Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The Physical Therapist is an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic and swallowing function. 0-2 years of clinical practice required. 1 year preferred

Valid state license in Physical Therapy. CPR certification required
