What your job will be like:

We are seeking a Software System Administrator specializing in the configuration and integration of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with various facilities management software, systems, and applications. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and provide maintenance of integrated solutions to optimize operational efficiency and streamline facilities management processes.

In this role you will:

• Lead the configuration, installation, and maintenance of CMMS, ensuring its seamless integration with existing facilities management software and systems.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations between CMMS and other relevant systems (such as asset management, IoT devices, ERP, etc.).
• Perform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical expertise and support for users, addressing system-related issues and conducting training sessions as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and functionality.

Qualifications We Require:
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated experience working as technology administrator for a software platform.
• Ability to document business processes.
• Experience developing or implementing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across knowledge domains and organize multi-domain projects.
• Competent to perform assigned tasks and provide practical solutions to assigned problems.
• Has demonstrated initiative by seeking solutions to assigned problems and tasks.
