THE ROLE: The Manager of Build Experience is responsible for managing, participating in, and driving the end-to-end client experience in all product lines at Thomas James Homes. This includes the oversight and direct involvement from first experience in the sales process through home warranty. This position is both the leader of the team and a conduit between the client and internal TJH employees providing a single point of contact throughout the journey creating a differentiated experience.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Oversees and manages every division client experience journey from end to end to deliver the TJH experience every time.
  • Leads division experience team members by providing direction, communication, feedback, performance management, and accountability.
  • Participates and plays a role in the division operating team to gain critical information and provides updates, status, and needs.
  • Point of contact for corporate team, division leadership and for the clients own and second level for all others.
  • Responsible for all client interactions and adherence and execution with TJH employees and external consultants.
  • Ensures integrity of all clients facing systems and the information input.
  • Tracks, follows up, reinforces, and redirect on all steps throughout the homebuilding and warranty processes.
  • Brings together all stakeholders as requested or to resolve issues.
  • Acquires all information to ensure client requests are responded to timely and accurately.
  • Leads and ensures the delivery of all communication to the client both preplanned and corporately managed and all direct communication to and representing the client.
  • Works in partnership with corporate and division partners to ensure the experience and quickly resolve all issues.
  • Pays close attention to all schedules to continuously drive on time and on budget performance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of customer relations experience for an entire 12 month process.
  • Homebuilding or industry with high ticket levels experience.
  • Self-Motivated and accountable - focus self & necessary partners on key initiatives; ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on tactical/operational issue

The compensation range for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
