**Description**

The candidate for this position must have a positive, great personality, be efficient, self-starter clean neat and knowledgeable about the food they make and be able to sell it. You must be able to make in house, from scratch dough that is a must. You will prep items needed for any specials in this area such as diced peppers, tomato, onion and etc. The hearth is a food concept that will offer pizza and small portioned food items. These items might need to be thawed or fabricated before day of service that is part of this position. You will need to know how to use equipment such as convection oven, brick oven, slicer, mandolin and etc. This position requires you to be able to lift 50 lbs, stand, stoop, bend and walk for possible long periods. This position may require you to help other areas that are busier with customers when you are not busy. Cleaning and maintaining your work area is important when it comes to temperature taking of equipment and food. A food handler's permit, back ground and drug testing is required.
