**Thomas Cuisine is hiring a Cold Cook/Dishwasher for The Eating Recovery Center!**

This Cold Cook/Dishwasher position requires a friendly, outgoing person with the ability to communicate effectively while working in a professional manner. This position demands an employee with a thorough understanding of HACCP processes and food safety. The employee will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to follow a recipe and make recipe conversions accurately. The position requires that the employee maintains a high level of attention to detail at all times when executing recipes and snacks. The employee is expected to work as part of a team, while also possessing the ability to function as a self-driven and independent component of the kitchen operation. **This position is great for a person new to the culinary industry.**

**$16-$17.50/hr. DOE**

**Shifts and Days vary**

**What you will be doing**

* Previous Dishwasher experience preferred but we will train you to do the job

* Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

* Washing and putting away dishes. Following all sanitation standards.

* Follow caf guidelines concerning guest services, food, and physical safety, maintenance, and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all times.

* Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

**What you need to have:**

* Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields

* Ability to build rapport with guests

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* **Pass a criminal background check and drug screen, including marijuana.**
