What you will do
TheCookis responsible for preparing food and serving food to Biofire employees and contractors. They also will perform short-ordercooking, using established culinary techniques in the preparation of standard menu items. Work also includes maintaining par stocks, ordering supplies, rotating products for maximum quality, and minimizing waste during the flow of food preparation. All food handling and preparation activities are performed following external and internal safety and sanitation standards and related regulatory guidelines. OurCooks are accountable for the quality of the food prepared.
